How Many Kits?
Kits are based on 450 sqft [42 sqm] as the average size of a one bed flat or one extension or one loft. Typically, when using Stage A Kits, you’ll need:
| 1 bed: | 5 Kits |
| 2 bed: | 7 Kits |
| 3 bed: | 12 Kits |
| 4 bed: | 15 Kits |
Lofts tend to use 5 Kits and Extensions 5-7 Kits.
Note that this is dependent on number of elevations, options, type of rooms and weeks needed for construction.
